Job summary

ImageCare Radiology is seeking a motivated MRI Technologist to join our team at the Brems location. You will perform MRI procedures for referring physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care, with onboarding on the first day in Mount Olive.

Candidates should have ARRT/ARMRIT and BLS certifications, a diagnostic radiography license (preferred), and a willingness to relocate to Brems, NJ 07840. Equal opportunity employer.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable MRI Technologistto join our dynamic team at ourBrems locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures for referring physicians of a quality that aids in the diagnosis of the patient. Please note that all candidates must report to Mount Olive for first day onboarding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform MRI examinations on patients of all ages including the administration of contrast material as assigned in accordance with established guidelines in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination and treatment providing the highest patient care.
• Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with referring physician and the radiologist to ensure accurate and timely performance of procedures.
• Knowledge of scheduling procedures for MRI.
• Maintenance and organization of patient film file records.
• Maintain continuing education units as required to ensure ARRT/ARMRIT certification.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specificskill area; plus 1+ years of related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ARRT/ARMRIT Certification (Required)
• Diagnostic Radiography License (Preferred, but not required)
