You will oversee MRI operations and staff, participate in hiring, ensure safe patient care, and coach team members. A rotating weekend on-call schedule is required, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. The position requires an Associate's degree in Medical Radiographic Program and advanced MRI certification, with at least three years of MRI experience; leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations, including scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs.
• Participate in the hiring process and coach staff across departments.
• Oversee technical procedures, patient care, and workflow to ensure safe and effective care.
• Perform duties of an MRI Technologist when needed.
• Rotate weekend on-call from 8 am to Noon on Saturday and Sunday.

As the MRI Supervisor, you will oversee all technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations, including scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs and participating in the hiring process. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing technical procedures, patient care, and workflow to ensure safe and effective care, while also performing the duties of an MRI Technologist. Additionally, you will act as a coach to provide guidance for staff members and facilitate collaboration across departmental personnel. Participation in a rotating weekend on-call rotation from 8 am to Noon on Saturday and Sunday will also be required

• Associate's degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
• Advanced certification on MRI.
• At least three years of experience in MRI.
• Prior leadership experience preferred (lead, supervisor, manager, etc.).
