To assist the MRI Technologist in the care, safety, and preparation of all MRI patients being examined, including the proper and thorough screening of all non-MR personnel. Additional responsibilities include patient and transport computer entry, assistance with patient workflow, complete understanding of the MRI rules regarding safety and screening and front desk reception assistance including greeting, check in and reviewing safety questionnaire.
Required: High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of previous hospital experience (preferred).
Minimum Experience: one year
Desired: BLS/Healthcare certification required (may be obtained within 90 days). Exhibits a degree of professionalism to instill patient confidence. Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrate respect and courtesy. Ability to work independently.
