Job summary

University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar in Neuroimaging within the School of Integrated Health Sciences. The role centers on MRI research, data analysis, and manuscript preparation under the guidance of the PI and UMIC leadership.

The successful candidate will contribute to training graduate and undergraduate students, advance neuroimaging pipelines, and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in psychology, neuroscience, MR physics, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB; experience in MRI data processing.
• Demonstrated publications in relevant neuroscience methods and neuroimaging analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI research and development in imaging projects aligned with PI’s program.
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students in the group.
• Develop and implement reproducible neuroimaging pipelines using MRI data.
• Provide technical support for UMIC users and resolve methodological issues.
