Job summary

University of California San Francisco’s Lupo Lab seeks a Junior/Assistant/Associate/Full Specialist to advance MRI methods and machine learning for brain tumor patient evaluation. The role spans data acquisition, processing, and tool development for multimodal imaging analyses.

The successful candidate will perform data collection and management, image segmentation, spectral/multi-parametric analyses, and build predictive models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related science or at least four years of research experience for Junior rank.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) or Bachelor's with 3+ years research for Assistant rank.
• Master's or terminal degree or 10+ years research for Full rank.

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and extend imaging and spectroscopic data acquisition, processing, and analysis tools.
• Perform data collection, management, and analysis of multimodal imaging data.
• Conduct image segmentation, spectral analysis, and multi-parameter cohort analyses.
• Build and train predictive models and translate tools to study brain tumors and related neurological diseases.
