Summary

The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist will perform a variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, support other imaging technologists, and facilitate smooth patient flow. Flexibility to work different shifts and at various campuses is required. The role involves troubleshooting basic maintenance, participating in QA, resolving image processing and archiving issues, and engaging in ongoing education related to safety and technical advances. The Technologist must also conduct basic MRI screening, maintenance, repairs, and ensure MRI safety and competencies are maintained according to management standards. Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Education/Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent.

Experience

• Preferred: 1 year in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Basic computer skills required.
