Job summary

Atria Health LLC in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform a variety of MRI imaging procedures with minimal supervision, and to prepare and position patients across all age groups.

Candidates must have Siemens 3.0T experience, ARRT MR, California CRT, BLS, annual MRI Safety Level 2 certification, and 5–10 years of MRI experience (supervisory preferred); ability to work extended hours, including emergencies; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited radiography school or hospital-based program.
• ARRT (MR) certification in good standing.
• California State License (CRT).
• Current BLS certification through the AHA.
• Yearly MRI Safety Certification (Level 2) required.
• 5–10 years MRI experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Siemens 3.0T experience required.
• Ability to work extended hours or emergency shifts.
• Continuing education: 24 ECE credits over a two-year period.
• IV certification preferred or by completion of 6-months orientation.
• MRI safety certification level 2 required yearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of MRI imaging procedures requiring independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and position patients accurately for examinations across all age groups.
• Assume responsibilities for designated MRI areas and ensure high-quality images.
• Troubleshoot departmental technical issues according to guidelines.
• Practice ALARA principles for all patients and members.
• Ensure QC sheets are completed accurately.
• Review schedule for coverage gaps.
