Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiography Program or related field is required.
• State RT License / MR Certified / BLS is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Positions patient for MRI scanning following protocols.
• Communicates with patients via microphone during examinations.
• Enters patient data into the system for scanning.
• Specifies scan sequences and adjusts equipment settings.
• Monitors patient safety and comfort through video displays.
• Ensures image quality through visual checks.
• Photographs images and keys data on camera.
• Alerts staff about safety precautions near magnets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
