Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an Imaging Department leader for the MRI program at University Medical Center Tucson. You will oversee daily operations, support staff development, and ensure patient-centered care on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

You will lead hiring and training, drive process improvements, and manage budgets while maintaining compliance and safety in a Level 1 trauma center environment. Join us to impact patient care and team success.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification and state licensure as applicable.
• 4+ years of MRI/radiology experience.
• BLS certification.
• Advanced MRI certification preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and supervise staff in imaging department.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement department goals and workflow improvements.
• Manage department budget and staffing within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments and external vendors.
