Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• Five or more years in Radiologic Technology and MRI with leadership.
• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology, RT(R) and RT(MR); NYSDOH license.
• BLS certification required.
• MRSO Certification from IBMRS required

Responsibilities

• Leads the work of the MRI Technologists and coordinates the MRI department operations.
• Manages patient scheduling, staff scheduling, policies and procedures, and performance improvement projects.
• Maintains Quality Assurance program for all MRI equipment to comply with ACR and NYSDOH guidelines.
• Collaborates with team; supports career growth, training, and staff development.
