Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a CT/MRI Technologist to perform CT and MRI examinations under the supervision of the CT/MR Lead Technologist and interpreting physician. The role emphasizes patient coordination, safety, and teamwork within the radiology department.

Qualified graduates with ARRT certification in Radiography, CT, and MR are required, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Performs CT and MRI examinations with patient coordination and care.
• Supports teamwork with the radiology team and interprets physician directions.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the CT/MR Lead Technologist and conducts CT/MR exams for diagnosis and treatment.
• Coordinates patient flow and scanner activity to promote efficient imaging services.
• Maintains safety standards and ensures quality imaging and patient comfort.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the CT/MR Lead Technologist and under the direction of the interpreting physician, performs CT and MRI examinations on patients for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury and coordinates patient flow and activities of the CT and MRI scanner. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

License: Certification in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R)(CT)(MR)
