Job summary

Jefferson City Medical Group’s Radiology department seeks an experienced MRI/CT Tech for a PRN position. The candidate must be ARRT-certified in MR and/or CT, and registered with ARRT. Salary is competitive and based on experience. This role involves fast-paced work with no on-call or weekend hours.

The candidate will perform CT and/or MRI procedures, assist with patient check‑in, and maintain a safe imaging environment in a radiology department setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAHEA-accredited radiography program or JCERT-accredited/other ARRT-acceptable program.
• ARRT certification in MR or CT or on-the-job training to become registered with ARRT.
• Must become ARRT-registered within 1 year of training start date.
• BLS certification is required.
• On-call and weekend hours are not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures and/or MRI procedures as indicated in the procedure manual.
• Perform related imaging procedures producing images for interpretation by a physician.
• Assist with checking patient into the Radiology Department for testing.
• Maintain a safe environment.
