MRI Clinical Services Clinical Workflow Consultant (Remote in Cincinnati, Dayton or Columbus, OH)
Job Description
Your passion for improving lives will shine in this role! As an MR Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant (CSWC), you’ll be responsible for ensuring advanced solution adoption and optimization, including revenue-based services for our MR customers throughout the Midwest.
Your Role
Deliver engaging onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training. Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of solutions.
Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption and system optimization. Support First-of-Kind system implementations and provide clinical support for customer escalations.
Form partnerships with sales, service, Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultants (CSICs), and others for overall clinical solutions implementation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
Maintain multi-specialty expertise with advanced knowledge of clinical solutions and relevant solutions per modality.
Support onboarding and product training of new hires
Provide the highest-level customer experience in any learning environment—physical or digital/remote.
Demonstrate the ability to influence others in sensitive situations and possess an effective strategic mindset.
You’re the right fit if
You have at least 5 years of MR clinical experience with a strong background in pediatrics and more than 2 years as a Clinical Applications Specialist in your assigned modality. Multi-specialty expertise and advanced knowledge of clinical solutions are essential.
MUST : Maintain professional credentials (Registered Technologist with ARRT).
MUST : Advanced certification in MR
You hold an Associate’s or Certificate Degree; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification is also preferred.
Experience in live and remote/virtual clinical education delivery is preferred.
You must be able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
You possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel throughout the Midwest Zone, including IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI, and WV. Night and weekend work may be required.

We believe in working better together. Office-based employees work onsite at least 3 days a week. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

The pay range for this position in OH is $80,500 to $138,000 annually. Actual offers depend on experience, skills, and location. Additional benefits include bonuses, 401(k) with match, HSA, stock plans, education reimbursement, and more. Details are available on our website.
US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not available. Relocation benefits are provided for those in the Cincinnati, Dayton, or Columbus areas, near a major airport.
