What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve in a consultative role with customers, delivering advanced Clinical Services and education
- Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption and system optimization
- Provide clinical support for customer escalations and assist in troubleshooting
- Guide customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities
- Support onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring a high-level customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of MR clinical experience, with over 2 years as a Clinical Applications Specialist
- Must maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT)
- Advanced certification in MR required
- Certificate or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills and effective communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer Plus) certification
- Experience in remote or virtual clinical education delivery
- Multi-specialty expertise with advanced knowledge of clinical solutions and technology
