Job summary

The Elliot in Manchester, NH is seeking an MRI Assistant to support front desk operations, greet and register patients, and coordinate MRI screening forms. The role includes handling calls, scheduling, and demographic entry, while ensuring adherence to standards and policies of Diagnostic Imaging.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of related experience, and familiarity with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the patient prior to MRI appointment.

Assumes responsibility for all facets of front desk operations, including greeting and registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and entering patient demographics. Retrieving and updating medical records and performing general clerical and other duties as assigned in accordance with TJC, NCQA and government standards, as well as policies and procedures of Diagnostic Imaging. Calls MRI patient's prior to appointment to obtain information to complete MRI screening form.
