What You Will Do

This position will require performing routine operations and may require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed. The Quality Review Clerk/Attendant performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, kitting, auditing, shipping, receiving, and dispositioning nonconforming material in accordance with established procedures.

1st shift Monday – Friday 8a-5p

  • Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
  • Use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN.
  • Perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
  • Perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
  • Package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
  • Maintains current knowledge of and complies with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned.
  • Train other personnel
  • Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
  • Responsibilities are not limited to the listed items above and can be changed or modified based on skill level, proficiency, and overall performance.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • 2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role
  • Experience with Access and/or Excel databases
