Salary: based on experience.

Relocation bonus: $5000 from Expleo.

Retention bonus: $2500 after 1 year.

* Experience that will put you ahead as a candidate:

• Past or present Boeing MRB Signing Authority.
• Structure/design engineer experience with Boeing commercial products.

Optional working schedules possible: Office based in Tulsa

• Full and Part Time Day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out design analysis and create design dispositions for detail part and assembly non-conformances, assessing different repair scenarios for fit, form, and function.
• Identify the most efficient methods for analysis while ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements.
• Liaise with multiple functions/suppliers (e.g., Design/Stress approvers) to ensure the most appropriate design solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.
• Customer-facing responsibilities.
• Explain and escalate critical issues and mentor others.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a BS in Aerospace Engineering (Mechanical, Design, Structural, etc.).
• Experience working on Boeing products and structures, either directly or within the Supply Chain, for a minimum of three years, ideally having held a level of delegated technical approval.
• Understanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices, and their effect on aircraft performance, preferably with both metallic and composite capabilities.
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5 for interrogation and drawing/model modification.
• Previous Design Organization Approval (DOA) would be advantageous for the role.
• TIPQA or MES experience is an advantage.
