Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Scarborough, ME seeks a Technologists Assistant to support technologists in patient care and imaging prep. You will help maintain a smooth scanning area, assist with setup, and keep schedules on track for timely exams.

Full-time evening shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) with opportunities to work across modalities and collaborate with a dedicated team. Must be 16+, HS diploma preferred; enrollment in Radiologic Technologist program encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in a Radiologic Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and adjusts schedules for modalities and imaging.
• Greets and escorts patients to changing room and explains procedure.
• Prepares patient jackets and organizes films by date and number.
• Assists technologists with room setup and coil preparation.
• Prepares next patient to optimize scheduling.
• Restores and networks previous exams for next day.
