Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking an experienced MQ Inspector to perform investigations on complaints and non-conformances, oversee inspection activities, and ensure GMP compliance across packaging and manufacturing lines. You will collaborate with MQ Supervisors to drive continuous improvement and safety, while mentoring inspectors and maintaining quality documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years quality-related experience or an equivalent mix of education and work
• Post-secondary science education and prior team leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience in quality processes, inspection, and GMP environment required
• Previous dietary supplement industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inspection activities on the shift and manage the MQ Inspection team tasks
• Conduct investigations and close Nonconformance Investigations with documentation
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and internal audits for cGMP
• Track deviations, holds, and ensure timely completion; perform RCA and implement preventive actions
• Assist Packaging and Processing with troubleshooting and coordinate rework and hold status tracks
• Collaborate with management on monthly department metrics and safety initiatives
• Develop MQ Inspectors through training and mentoring and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs
