NOW Health Group INC. is seeking an Inspector I to support quality control across multiple areas including incoming, in-process, and packaging inspection. You will review documentation, perform sampling, and ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs while communicating issues to the team.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and related inspection experience. Prior QA exposure is preferred and safety is prioritized in this role.

Samples and inspects in-process materials, finished products, incoming raw materials, etc. Inspector I may be assigned to work given day.in any area in which he/she has been trained based on the needs of the department, generally only works in one QC inspection area.

Supports a culture of safe production and operations; follows all safety rules and procedures. Actively participates in the safety program by: engaging in training activities to learn what constitutes a safety hazard; reporting safety concerns to the supervisor, submitting safety suggestions, and correcting or reporting to the appropriate people when an employee sees a workplace health or safety hazard, until it is resolved. Assists with communicating safety information to new employees. Fulfills responsibilities as outlined in the company safety management plan.

High school diploma or equivalent and zero to two years related inspection experience. Familiarity with general inspection procedures and basic computer skills are required. Experience in quality department preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as product specifications, departmental instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine e-mails to communicate within QC and with operations personnel. Must have good writing and good communication skills.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and averages.
Ability to compare results to specifications to determine if result meets requirements. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
Ability to work in quick-paced environment and change tasks frequently. Ability to learn quickly, operate independently, and to assume responsibility for new tasks is necessary.
