Job summary

KBR seeks a highly qualified MQ-4C Triton Pilot to support VX-20 at NAS Patuxent River, MD. You will serve as the pilot and project officer for the MQ-4C test program within a mixed government and contractor team.

Requirements include graduation from a recognized test pilot school or substantial flight hours, 5+ years in test/military aviation, and DoD Top Secret/TS/SCI eligibility. 40 hours/week; compensation ranges $171,000–$220,000.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a recognized test pilot school or 2,000 hours PC/PIC or 500 hours in unmanned aircraft.
• Minimum 5 years in test and evaluation or operational military aviation.
• Ability to direct test aircraft operations planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Must hold or be able to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Pilot and operate the MQ-4C Triton during developmental flight test events.
• Develop test plans, test cards, and mission requirements for MQ-4C testing.
• Conduct mission planning, flight operations, and debriefs to meet objectives.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
