Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of progressively responsible experience supporting Marine Corps MPTP analytics
• Experience navigating DoD/military training systems and data workflows
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work across large teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct MPTP Analyses aligned with Marine Corps objectives and develop comprehensive Analysis Reports
• Develop, refine, and staff MPTP Plans with Integrated Planning/Product Teams
• Collect, assess, and interpret data to support MPTP estimates and review system programmatic documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD, DoN, and USMC directives
• Apply knowledge of MPTP tools including TFSMs, Training Handbook, and Determination Analysis Tools
• Maintain and update system documentation such as Training Task Lists and Initial Summary Reports
