Job Summary

Under supervision, the MPN Concierge Agent assists injured workers, attorneys, employers, and claims examiners in locating and obtaining MPN physicians. Excellent customer service and patient advocacy are essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer calls from injured workers or attorneys to locate providers within their MPN.
• Respond to emails and faxes related to medical access.
• Schedule appointments with providers on behalf of injured workers.
• Coordinate with Claims Examiners for scheduling.
• Support provider validations and data maintenance for Harbor Health Systems.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High School diploma/GED.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 85% accuracy.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in California Workers’ Compensation or bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

• Work from home setup required.
