McWane India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Welder I to join our fabrication operation in Madison Heights, Virginia. In this role, you will layout and weld parts while ensuring compliance with our quality standards. We seek candidates who have a high school diploma and at least one year of welding experience.
You will work in a safe and productive environment and are required to operate various tools while adhering to strict safety protocols.

This new division, based in Birmingham, AL, combines all Plant and Industrial Products in a single customer‑focused package. We offer comprehensive solutions through an experienced team of professionals specifically focused on these two special markets. Our mission is to be the Plant and Industrial supplier who is “easiest to do business with”. We will make it easier to engineer, specify, and order components for plants. We will provide greater support for smoother delivery, cost‑effective installation, and start‑up. Most importantly, we will build strong relationships with design engineers, contractors, plant operations teams and project owners to assure we are their first‑choice supplier for both new construction and future upgrades.
Welder I
Starting rate: $24.94 per hour. 24‑month wage progression.
Branch Manager
McWane Plant & Industrial is seeking an experienced Welder to join our job shop fabrication and machining operation. The Welder I will layout and weld together parts using manual welding processes according to templates and layout specifications. The Welder I is responsible for ensuring that welds conform to all company and government standards.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Minimum one (1) year of welding experience.
