Job summary

Consolidated Metco seeks an MP&L Manager to direct end-to-end material and information flow for the Monroe plant and offsite locations. Youll own Master Scheduling, Materials Planning, Warehouse Management, Receiving, Sequencing, Shipping, and Inventory Control, and will also plan nonproduction materials while championing SAP data governance and disciplined MRP usage.

You will review SAP MRP exceptions, align the master schedule with demand, and ensure 95% inventory accuracy through cycle counts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8–10 years in manufacturing materials management.
APICS certifications preferred; strong ERP systems knowledge.
Experience with master scheduling, planning, inventory control, and procurement.

Responsibilities

Lead Master Scheduling, Materials Planning, Warehouse, Receiving, Sequencing, Shipping, and Inventory Control for Monroe and offsite sites.
Plan and procure nonproduction materials and services; drive standard work and SAP master data governance.
Maintain ≥95% inventory accuracy via cycle counts and semi-annual physical inventories; optimize safety stock.
Ensure JIT supply to production; collaborate with Customer Service on delivery commitments and data quality.
Oversee budget-to-actual for Materials, Freight, Packaging, and Nonproduction purchasing; drive cost optimization.
Support IT-related supply chain topics and continuously improve supply chain standards.
