Job summary

Hanon Systems in Novi, MI seeks a data-driven analyst to support the Regional MP&L team across USA, Canada, and Mexico. You will analyze customs and inventory data, build structured Excel datasets, and help develop dashboards and standardized reports for recurring analytics.

You will collaborate with external compliance teams, respond to USMCA inquiries, and assist with classifying parts while coordinating weekly follow-ups to drive continuous improvement and accurate business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar data analysis or transformation tools.
  • Ability to combine, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with logistics, customs, and trade compliance data.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through written reports and visual presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with the external compliance team regarding open and pending items.
