J and R Property Services is a growing company seeking hard-working, dependable workers to join our Mowing Crews. Our team members are the backbone of our success, ensuring our customers’ vision of a beautiful, well-maintained property comes to life. If you love working outdoors in a team environment and are passionate about the landscape industry, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and other lawn care equipment
• Mow lawns using both zero-turn and push mowers
• Line trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls
• Clean lawn debris using rakes, shovels, and blowers
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with mowing machinery such as zero-turn mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and blowers
• Safety-oriented mindset and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance and ability to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
