The Toro Company is hiring an Assembler in Batesville, Arkansas. The role involves manual labor on the Mower Assembly line, assembling parts, and using standard hand tools. Pay starts at $15.59 per hour with raises at 6, 12, and 18 months.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assemble parts on the Mower Assembly line.
• Use hand tools, wrenches, and impacts.
• Picks up, moves and sorts small parts.
• Unpacks parts from boxes as required.
• May operate forklift and/or heavy equipment if certified.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting production quotas.
• Report safety incidents or property damage to Supervisor.
• Report defective material or questionable conditions to the production supervisor.
• Keep the manufacturing area clean using Lean and 5S principles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: $15.59 with a raise in 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months

What Will You Do?

As an Assembler you will be performing manual labor in a production line; and assembling parts for Mower Assembly line.

• Basic to complex assembly, placing parts on Mower to progress down an assembly line.
• Requires the use of hand tools, wrenches, and impacts, etc.
• Picks up, moves and sorts small parts.
• Unpacks parts from cardboard boxes as required.
• May operate forklift and/or heavy equipment or machinery in assigned area if certified.
• Employee will be expected to work at fast pace to meet production quota while ensuring Safety and Quality.
• Reports Safety incidents or property damage to Supervisor immediately.
• Report any defective material or questionable condition to production department supervisor.
• Maintain the manufacturing work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner utilizing Lean and 5S principles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
