Join our team as a Mow Crew Member, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients' landscapes. As a Mow Crew Member, you will operate heavy equipment, manage tools and materials, and ensure job sites are clean and safe.

Responsibilities
  • Operate landscape-related heavy equipment in a safe manner.
  • Maintain a complete and accurate tool inventory for assigned truck.
  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned truck to ensure it is fully operational.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork for assigned jobs at the end of each workday.
  • Manage and assist with loading trucks and trailers with tools and materials daily.
  • Ensure debris and trash are picked up after work is done, keeping job sites tidy, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in the operation of landscape-related heavy equipment.
  • Highly motivated, punctual, and self-driven individual with a high level of integrity.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing and screenings.
