Mow Crew Leader

Swyft Property Care, a subsidiary of Axiom Family of Companies, focuses on delivering quality lawncare and landscaping to the multi-family and commercial markets in the Kansas City metro.

Swyft Property Care has an immediate opening for a Mow Crew Leader servicing our clients in the greater Kansas City area.

The position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, being a working leader, performing lawn and landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, string trimming, blowing off paved areas and beds, weed control, spring and fall cleanups. The position may also assist with mulching, shrub trimming, and planting (primarily trees, shrubs, flowers).

Base Hourly Rate: $22/hr to $24/hr

Experience & Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of relevant and well-rounded lawn maintenance and leadership experience
2. Valid Driver’s License
3. Reliable Transportation
4. Positive references
