Swamp Rabbit Moving and Storage in South Carolina is looking for Moving Crew Supervisors and Drivers who want to grow with a moving company that values safety, customer service, and on-site leadership.

As a Supervisor, you will lead crews, coordinate workflow, verify progress, and drive box trucks to moving locations, ensuring completion on time and within scope.

• Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving.
• Must have experience driving box trucks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move.
• Physical labor - moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.
• Verify inventory accuracy and note any changes for billing adjustments.
• Communicate directly with the customer on-site.
• Document job progress in real-time via company software.
• Responsible for driving box trucks, and maintaining trucks and safety procedures.

As a Supervisor, you will lead the crews ensuring each team is maintaining on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Also, Supervisors are responsible for driving the truck to the moving locations.
