As a Foreman, you will lead and work alongside your moving crew while maintaining on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving
• Must have at least a year of experience in leadership/ managing a crew of people

What you’ll do

• Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move.
• Physical Labor - moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.
• Verify inventory accuracy and note any changes for billing adjustments.
• Communicate directly with the customer on-site.
• Document job progress in real-time via company software.

Expectations

• Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer and dispatch.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager.
• Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure.
• Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times.
