Job summary

Unique Movers in Minnesota is seeking Movers & Packers to assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customer belongings for residential and commercial moves.

This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team while delivering a professional customer experience. Prior moving or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift 50–100+ lbs and perform demanding labor
• Excellent teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail when handling and packing items

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and household items for safe transport
• Load and unload items onto and off of moving trucks
• Safely transport items without damage
• Unpack and place items in designated areas at the customer's location
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards on every job
• Maintain awareness of inventory and ensure no items are lost or damaged
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with basic warehouse or storage tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Movers must be physically fit and capable of safely loading, packing, and unloading items without damage

Preferred Experience

• Previous moving, warehouse, or labor experience
• Experience packing, loading, or handling furniture and equipment
• Familiarity with basic tools, dollies, and moving equipment
