This hands-on, customer-facing role combines technical expertise with exceptional service delivery as you help create functional, efficient workspaces. You'll work independently and collaboratively to execute moves with precision and professionalism, directly contributing to JLL's reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to be a trusted partner in our clients' success while developing valuable skills in facilities management and workplace services.## **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Assemble and disassemble systems furniture, workstations, and office equipment with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship* Pack, transport, and relocate boxes, crates, furniture, equipment, and other contents safely and efficiently* Coordinate closely with clients throughout the move process, providing updates and building positive, professional relationships* Manage your workload independently, adjusting priorities as project needs evolve and communicating changes proactively* Collaborate with the MAC team and communicate openly with clients to ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverables* Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks* Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall project success## **Required Qualifications:*** High School diploma or equivalent* Valid driver's license* Demonstrated proficiency with basic power tools and hand tools* Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adjust as needed* Physical capability to lift, carry, and move furniture, boxes, and equipment throughout the workday* Flexibility to work overtime as needed with advance notice## **Preferred Qualifications:*** Previous experience in furniture installation, warehousing, moving services, or facilities maintenance* Familiarity with systems furniture brands and assembly processes* Experience working in corporate or commercial office environments* Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, floor plans, and work ordersThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
