Job summary

JLL is seeking an Office Furniture Installation Supervisor to deliver, install, and service office furniture for client events and projects. Responsibilities include assembling/disassembling cubicles, signage, wall mounts, and ensuring safe handling of furniture using a 20 ft box truck.

The role requires driving a box truck, coordinating with client personnel, and lifting up to 50 lbs with attention to safety and efficiency. Overtime may be required based on project schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with basic power and hand tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Physical ability to lift and move furniture/equipment.
• Overtime flexibility with advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up tables and chairs for client events.
• Coordinate requests from client personnel.
• Assemble/disassemble cubicles and office furniture.
• Repair or remove office furniture and signage.
• Install/remove/repair office signage.
• Operate a 20ft box truck and load/unload.
• Carry stairs and maneuver furniture.
• Adjust furniture to fit layouts.
• Wall mount furniture, signage, and artwork.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and ensure safety.
• Wrap furniture for protection during transport.
