Unique Movers is seeking reliable Movers & Packers in Minnesota to assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customer belongings for residential and commercial moves. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities include bagging and protecting items, loading trucks, and ensuring safe transport while maintaining high safety and customer-service standards. Prior moving or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy items (50–100+ lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Strong work ethic and reliability (on time, ready to work).
• Ability to work well on a team and take direction.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail when handling and packing items.
• Valid driver's license.
• Movers must be physically fit and capable of safely loading, packing, and unloading items without damage.

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, and protect furniture and household items for safe transport.
• Load and unload items onto and off of moving trucks.
• Safely transport items without damage.
• Unpack and place items in designated areas at the customer's location.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards on every job.
• Maintain awareness of inventory and ensure no items are lost or damaged.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with basic warehouse or storage tasks as needed.
• Movers are expected to handle items carefully and work efficiently while maintaining safety at all times.
