• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and equipment.
• Organize and secure loads to help prevent damage during transportation
• Follow crew lead instructions and Ross Moving procedures
• Keep trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
• Place items in designated rooms at the customer's direction
• Maintain a professional attitude around customers and their property
• Work efficiently as part of a team throughout the entire move
