Competitive hourly pay + up to $500 monthly incentive bonus

$500 sign-on bonus

Monday–Friday schedule (day shifts - start times may vary)

Overtime and weekend work may be required

Occasional out-of-town assignments

What You’ll Do:

As a Mover/Packer, you’ll play a vital role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Packing, loading, and delivering household goods, particularly for military families

Prepping and crating items securely and efficiently

Operating safely and professionally at all times

Driving company vehicles (Only if hired as a Non-CDL Driver)

Performing additional duties and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs, with the assistance of a crew and dolly

• Reliable and flexible with scheduling

You will primarily be working on a military base; bringing your lunch each day is recommended

Able to pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screening, physical, and background check

Proficient in basic English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Capable of completing required paperwork and coordinating with dispatch

Preferred Qualifications: (Not Required)

Experience operating commercial vehicles

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

ICC Medical Card

Experience in logistics or household goods moving

This is an in-office role based in Anchorage, AK .
