At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Chicago, we hire for attitude and train for skill. We are hiring immediately and seeking multiple movers and drivers. Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse work, manufacturing, moving, or delivery driving is helpful.

• Starting pay: $18 - $20 per hour plus tips, bonuses, benefits, and raises.
• Earn extra tips from customers; top performers average $4 - $5 additional per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by safely moving, packing, and unpacking belongings.
• Greet customers professionally, make a positive first impression, and conduct walk-throughs.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Drivers are responsible for safely operating a 26’ box truck.
• Assist drivers with truck inspections and equipment inventory.
• Complete paperwork and payment collection accurately.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience helpful.
• Willing to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience in moving, driving, warehouse, or general labor is beneficial.
• Ability to lift heavy items (100+ lbs.) repeatedly and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for drivers.
