Job summary

Caring Transitions of Englishtown & Marlboro is seeking dependable team members to assist with residential moves, estate cleanouts, and other transition projects across our service area. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and helping families through moves and household transitions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to job locations.
• Moving, cleanout, warehouse, delivery, landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture, boxes, and household items safely
• Load and unload trucks, vans, dumpsters, and other vehicles
• Assist with residential and estate cleanouts
• Carry items from homes, basements, garages, attics, and storage areas
• Sort and move items designated for donation, disposal, sale, or relocation
• Help with furniture placement and basic setup during moves
• Protect clients' homes and belongings while moving items
• Keep work areas organized and clean
• Work efficiently with other team members and project leads
• Assist with other hands-on transition projects as needed

Schedule

Part-Time / Flexible

Hours vary depending on scheduled client projects. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, hands-on part-time work. Work may take place at different client locations throughout our service area.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
