5Ton Movers is hiring dependable team members in Austin, TX to drive box trucks, lift and move household and commercial goods, and provide excellent customer service. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency on local and regional moves.

Earn $20–$30+ per hour, with tips eligible and bonuses, plus weekly pay and opportunities for long‑term growth. No relocation required; day shifts available seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.
