Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage is hiring for moving crew positions in Austin. Earn $20–$30+ per hour with tips and bonuses, plus weekly pay and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Fully on-site roles with a driver’s license required, ability to lift heavy items, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods—moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.
