Job summary

Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a safety-minded Forklift Operator to support the operations team in moving vehicles and parts safely in the yard. If you enjoy outdoor, fast-paced work and take pride in safe equipment operation, this role fits you. Location options include Las Vegas, NV and Henderson, NV.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience and certifications. This full-time role offers 40+ hours weekly and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forklift or loader experience (auto salvage a plus)
• Safety minded with good judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Outdoor work in varying weather
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Valid forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related heavy equipment to move vehicles, parts, and materials
• Follow vehicle placement procedures to optimize yard organization and customer access
• Maintain equipment and perform daily safety checks using company software
• Assist in standing vehicles on wheel stands in accordance with company safety protocols
• Work closely with production and inventory teams to maintain workflow
• Support customers and team members by keeping yard areas clean, clear, and safe
• Uphold the company values of safety, cleanliness, and excellent service
• Follow the wash schedule of the company equipment to maintain the cleanliness standard

Summary:

We are looking for a safety-minded and reliable Forklift Operator to support our operations team in moving vehicles and parts safely and efficiently throughout the yard. Our forklift operators play a key role in keeping our yard organized and our customers safe and satisfied.

Location: 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115; 110 W. Rolly St. Henderson, NV 89011

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications

Hours: Full-time – 40+ hours/week
