Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois.
• Certification in Basic CPR.
• Recent experience within past five years or new nursing graduate within past two years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the medical record.
• Provide routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, vital signs, and specimen handling.
• Demonstrate clinical competency in complex procedures such as conscious sedation, chemotherapy administration, and wound care.
• Coordinate care with other departments and communicate with outside agencies as needed.
