Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) seeks a Movement and Maneuver (M2) Collective Trainer to support our Fort Chaffee, AR program. The role focuses on delivering live and constructive Mission Command training for warfighters, maintaining TRADOC doctrine currency, and providing updated OPORDs and training scenarios.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree, possess an active Secret Clearance, and have senior Army leadership or training-management experience, with battalion-level exposure

Qualifications

• 2+ lines required to train live and constructive Mission Command training.
• Understanding TRADOC doctrine and ensuring updated OPORDs and Scenarios.
• Ability to tailor training with modular DTT support for low-density branches.
• Experience with Army War Fighting Functions at Battalion or higher.
• Active Secret Clearance and prior senior Army leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• DTT SME in Movement and Maneuver (M2) responsibilities.
• Supports live and constructive Mission Command training.
• Keeps doctrine current and provides latest OPORDs and Scenarios.
• Adapts DTT team composition for modular training across branches.
• Collaborates with TUC to tailor OPORDs for realistic training events.
