Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, diagnosis and management of movement disorders
• DBS programming and botulinum toxin procedures
• Movement disorders consultative care with mentorship in procedural skills
