College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving is seeking an outside sales professional to network with local businesses and apartment complexes to grow leads and partnerships. The role emphasizes customer service and exceeding expectations.

You will provide move consultations, follow up to schedule services, and suggest additional solutions. Competitive compensation with commission, PTO, flexible schedules, hands-on training, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum one year business, management, or sales experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Demonstrate effective selling strategies and techniques
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional move consultations.
• Follow up with customers until services are scheduled.
• Recommend alternate services based on cost or customer needs.
• Assist in achieving financial goals by increasing sales and reducing expenses.
• Collaborate with GM and Franchise Partner to grow revenue and build relationships.
• Know all products, services, pricing, and promotions to communicate value.
