Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in move-out or residential/commercial cleaning preferred.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and safe handling.
• Attention to detail and thorough cleaning practices.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential or commercial properties after tenants move out.
• Dust, wipe, sanitize surfaces, walls, baseboards, windowsills, and light fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors including carpets and hardwood.
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, appliances, countertops, and cabinets.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as oven and refrigerator cleaning.
• Empty trash, replace liners, ensure proper waste disposal.
• Sanitize toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks.
• Remove cobwebs, clean interior windows, and maintain overall cleanliness.
• Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them.
• Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
