Senior Lifestyle in West Chester, PA is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to support move-ins, move-outs and in-house transfers. You will assist residents, answer inquiries, host tours, and help the sales team as needed.

No prior experience required; excellent communication and teamwork are valued. This role involves coordinating refurbishing, cleaning, and inspecting units between residents, and communicating guests' needs to appropriate channels.

Qualifications

• No experience required, though any sales experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization.
• Outgoing personality and good communication across departments and with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property.
• Support marketing by assisting with tours, responding to inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach.
• Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports.
• Coordinate refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins.
• Communicate incoming residents’ special needs to the appropriate channels.
