Qualifications

• Six months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain overall good working order of apartment homes and property facilities.
